At time of writing my preorder at cloudsto (UK) is still status "confirmed" 
No info yet received about any shipment

I have a tracking number from DHL, but I had to pay £10.70 import tax. Not impressed. I was not told this would be the case.

when my orders are shipped as "gift" there are no fees.
it is up to the shipper to do this.
ordered mine form cloudsto this time and specifically told them how to ship
if they don´t get it right I will not order from them again
these fees are stealing. If your orders come thru canada post, no fees. go figure
they shipped thru DHL, $18 extra. someone needs to tell them to use Canada Post

I have received the MK802IV yesterday,
Antutu keeps reboot until I did a 'RESET'
after that Antutu gave a result of 13xxx (i can't remember the exact result, just lower than Samsung Galaxy S3)
not as fast/smooth as i expected before

why get the 16gb version? the ssd write speed of these mini PCs really bottleneck the performance when downloading torrents. Do yourself a favour and just use an external hard drive.

What about apps? does anyone knows if apps can be installed in the ssd or external hard drive?

I wanted to get more info about the status of my order from Cloudsto UK aka Rikomagic UK
But I cannot reach them by phone.
I do not know if they are aware that their phone is currently out of order?
I also send an email, but unfortunately also no answer from there.... yet.
